Right of Withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return it, without having to provide a reason.

How to Return an Item

  1. Write to us at [TO BE COMPLETED: contact email] stating your order number and the item(s) concerned.
  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  3. Return the item within 14 days after informing us of your decision.

The item must be returned complete, unused, and in its original packaging, in a condition suitable for resale. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in the case of our error or a defective product.

Refund

Once the return is received and verified, you will be refunded all sums paid (product + initial standard delivery costs) within 14 days, using the same payment method as that used for the order.

Defective Product or Error

If you receive a damaged, defective, or non-compliant item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo: we will arrange for replacement or refund at our expense, under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
