These Terms govern your access to and use of the veravie website and your purchases. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. veravie is operated by Ivan Vasseur-Pladys (contact details below).

1. Our products

veravie products are dietary supplements, not medicines. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person. Consult your healthcare provider before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition (including any hormone-sensitive condition, as the formula contains plant phytoestrogens).

2. Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud). Payment is processed securely by our payment processor at checkout.

3. Subscriptions & automatic renewal

When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method according to the plan you select:

  • 1 bottle — billed every month;
  • 3 bottles — billed once every 3 months;
  • 6 bottles — billed once every 6 months.

Each plan renews automatically at the same price and interval until you cancel. The per-month price shown is for comparison only — you are charged the full plan amount at each billing interval. You can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us before your next billing date; cancellation stops all future renewals.

5. Returns & refunds

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, design) belongs to veravie or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, veravie is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
