Delivery Zones

We deliver in mainland France. Delivery to other European countries (including Germany) is currently being rolled out.

Delivery Times

Your order is prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours from our warehouse located in Europe. It then arrives at your address within 4 to 8 working days — meaning you will receive it within 8 days in the vast majority of cases. Delivery times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

Tracking

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email to track your package at every stage.

Delivery Costs

The amount of the delivery costs is clearly indicated before you confirm your order. Tracked delivery may be free depending on the current offer or the package chosen.

Delay, Lost or Damaged Parcel
