Terms and Conditions of Sale

Last updated: July 2026.

1. Purpose and Seller

These general terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on this site between [TO BE COMPLETED: company name] ("the Seller"), whose contact details appear in the Legal Notice, and any person making a purchase ("the Customer"). Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products and Prices

The products offered are described with the greatest accuracy; photos are not contractual. Prices are indicated in euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs indicated before order validation. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, the price applied being that in force at the time of the order.

3. Order

The Customer validates their order after checking its details. The sale is considered final after confirmation by email and collection of payment. The Seller may refuse any order that is abnormal or made in bad faith.

4. Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or by the means offered at the time of payment, via a secure payment solution. Banking data is not retained by the Seller.

5. Delivery

The terms and deadlines are detailed on the Delivery page. Products are shipped from a warehouse located in Europe; delivery generally takes 4 to 8 business days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, in accordance with articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code. The terms are detailed on the Returns & Refunds page.

7. Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). In case of defect, the Customer can obtain repair, replacement or refund of the product.

8. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the product. Toys comply with European safety standards (CE / EN71); the minimum age indicated on the packaging must be respected.

9. Disputes and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action (see mediation indicated in the Legal Notice).
